Great location, great value, great staff - just know the rooms are small amd you’ll hear every noise outside your room

Great location, amazing staff, great breakfast

Our room made us feel a bit “trapped” bc there was no view outside (a front facing window that had a hallway in front of it and a maintenance door), noise level to the adjourning room and outside is very loud (we knew each time our neighbors came and went and were in their bathroom; we were woken every morning in our 2nd floor room around 6-630 by the sound of moving dishes from the 4th floor dining area)

Confortable and practical

Perfect location to explore the inner city.

Not the best stay for elderly people or with disabilities as it’s a building with not lift and all the rooms and restaurant are upstairs. FYI that’s not a pool, it’s a hot tub. Not very suitable for the hot weather in Cartagena.

Beautiful hotel with an excellent location.

The hotel is lovely! Very nice facilities and the location is excellent, it’s walking distance to everything. The staff is also very nice.

There were some problems with one of the rooms, the hot water didn’t work and the air conditioner was dripping water. However, as soon as we let the staff know they tried to fixed it.

Ok for the price

The location of the hotel is very central in the old town and the port for the islands trips are in foot distance. I would say that the value is ok for Cartagena. The AC worked perfectly however you will have to leave the card in it, so the room is never cool when you come back to the room. The room was clean.

The furniture of the room is not high quality and the bed wasn’t the best, but ok for a couple of nights. There are only a few options for breakfast and you have to choose from a menu. Any changes to the menu requires an extra pay. The walls are thin, so as we stayed on the top floor, we could hear the roof top music and also everytime people walked up the stairs.

Great place to stay for a short vacation to Cartagena.

Staff were great, location was great, and food was safe to consume for tourists. Recommendations from the members of staff were really useful.

The shower in the bathroom tends to leak outside, making the floor wet. Also, there was no jacuzzi available as it was under maintenance.

Great boutique hotel, especially for the value.

Room was clean and efficient. Great breakfast. Cute property.

The bed pillows were flat, so those could have been better. The hotel is in an excellent, central location, but walking home late at night is a bit isolating.

Comfortable rooms. We stayed for 1 night only. it is close to local amenities on a busy street (but not too busy that you can’t sleep at night). Staff was helpful and breakfast was great.

Our room was located near a generator or loud fan - it wasn’t a big deal for us but if you’re a light sleeper, this may bother you.

Nice stay & good value in Cartagena. Would stay again!

Rooftop was pleasant, comfortable rooms, good breakfast options, friendly staff and walking distance to to sightseeing locations, restaurants and stores.

They forgot to prepare breakfast to go for one of our tours but managed to rice us something anyways. There was somebody being loudly drunk during one of the nights which was disturbing, but it’s not the hotels fault.

location, in the heart of the old town, everything is around, nearly 500 meters from the port , from where goes boats in different island

the rooms which window does not goes to the city side , backside rooms has balcony which looks in the yard and rooms window goes on the balcony and on the balcony walk people, so you can not open this window almost room without window, form me its a problem , if for someone it is not problem everything else is okey .

Lovely boutique hotel

The receptionist was extremely helpful. The room modern and comfortable with a very modern bathroom, hotel excellent location to eateries and the Mercado to top up the mini fridge. Historical sites within walking distance.

No lift, I was on the third floor with a 20 kg suitcase to deal with the stairs. The receptionist asked one of the tradesmen on site to haul my case upstairs. Heavy renovations are going on as I write so a lot of noise during working hours. There is a breakfast menu and what was cooked was fine however breakfast is limited with no fresh fruit as inclusive in the meal.

Superb

My wife and I stayed here on two separate occasions during our trip to Cartagena. The first night was in a room with a Queen bed and a balcony overlooking the street and the second visit was in a off street room with a King bed. Both rooms had air conditioning units that worked great and comfortable beds but the King room was DEFINITELY more comfortable with a pillow top mattress and much less street noise then the queen room. I recommend this facility and would stay here again on future trips.

Breakfast was good but service was slow. No elevator.
